Job Description

Maintaining Customer Relationships and Follow Ups. Generate Enquiries on Daily Basis through Cold Calls, establish contacts through industrial exhibitors list, Websites, net search etc. Responsible for meeting the plan with respect to sales activities assigned. Maintain and update customer data and correspondence. Manage the debtors with support from finance and accounts team. Payment collections. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and grievance handling

Education Qualifications

  • B.Sc/Any Specialization
  • MS/M.Sc(Science)/Any Specialization
