Executive Maintenance

Job Description

1) Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance for plant machinery such as pumps, valves, reactors, heat exchangers, compressors, and other process equipment. 2) Inspect and monitor critical equipment performance to prevent unscheduled downtime. 3) Coordinate with production and safety departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption. 4) Maintain proper records of maintenance tasks, spare parts, and maintenance schedules using CMMS or manual logs. 5) Ensure strict compliance with chemical safety protocols, HAZOP procedures, and permit-to-work systems. 6) Supervise and coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations. 7) Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency. 8) Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and troubleshoot issues to restore normal operations. 9) Participate in audits, safety drills, and compliance checks as required.

Education Qualifications

• Diploma/Mechanical
• MS/M.Sc(Science)/Mechanical Engineering
