Job Description

*Working in shifts and taking care of manpower. *Optimum utilization of manpower, machines & materials. *To take care of regular shop floor safety precaution & 5's activities. *Keeping production floors clean & tidy. *Process adherence to maintain quality, minimize lead time. *To control batch yield, avoid wastages on shop floor. *Impose shop floor discipline. *Record maintain on batch cards, shift report on daily basis, SAP entries. *Shift communication within concern team. *Timely Issuance of RM material as per batch card and do batch planning. *Ensure compliance of permit to work system in the plant. *Resolving breakdown issue on time. *Equipment upkeeping or Preventive maintenance.

Education Qualifications

  • B.Tech/B.E./Chemical
