Assistant Manager Sales
Job Description
To manage and grow the company’s business in the South India region, specifically Andra Pradesh and Telangana, by driving sales, expanding the distribution network, and strengthening customer relationships. 1. Sales & Business Development Drive revenue growth in the assigned territory (Andra Pradesh and Telangana). Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and execute territory sales plans to maximize coverage and penetration. 2. Channel Development Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers, distributors, and channel partners. Strengthen and manage relationships with existing channel partners. Ensure effective coverage of assigned districts through structured field visits. 3. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Address customer concerns and coordinate internally for timely resolution. 4. Field Operations Conduct extensive field visits across assigned districts to monitor sales performance and market activities. Support channel partners in driving local sales initiatives and promotional activities. 5. Market Intelligence & Reporting Gather and provide structured feedback on market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements. Share periodic sales reports and forecasts with management. Recommend strategies based on market insights to enhance business growth.
