Job Description

Monitoring Equipment and Processes: Operate and supervise reactors, boilers, distillation columns, pressure vessels, and other processing units, adjusting controls to regulate temperature, pressure, and flow rates for optimal chemical reactions Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols, wear protective equipment, and adhere to environmental regulations to prevent accidents, chemical spills, or exposure to hazardous substances Routine Inspections and Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime Quality Control: Test raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards, and maintain accurate production logs and compliance report Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, chemists, and quality control specialists to optimize production efficiency and resolve operational issues Training and Supervision: Senior operators may train junior staff, oversee teams, and manage shift operations

Education Qualifications

  • ITI/AOCP
  • B.Sc/Chemistry
  • PG Diploma/Mechanical
