R & D Chemist

Job Description

1.Conduct laboratory batches and record all observations and results accurately. 2.Perform testing of raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, and development samples. 3.Develop new chemical formulations as per customer and business requirements. 4.Conduct laboratory trials for new products and improve existing formulations. 5.Identify suitable raw materials and evaluate alternate raw-material sources. 6.Study product performance, compatibility, stability, and application properties. 7.Conduct pilot batches based on successful laboratory trials. 8.Support scale-up from laboratory to pilot and production scale. 9.Monitor process parameters during pilot and plant trials. 10.Maintain proper documentation of laboratory trials, formulations, observations, and test results. 11.Experience in chemical manufacturing, specialty chemicals, formulation development, or industrial R&D will be preferred.

Education Qualifications

• B.Sc/Chemistry
• MS/M.Sc(Science)/Chemistry
